Movie Reviews of Korn - DeuceMovie Review: Love the 5.1 MIX!!! Summary: 5 Stars
Id have to say the 5.1 MIX, is the best..it definetly gives new depth to the songs, making them alot clear. and putting a new twist on things, the songs, sound so much better...making excelt use off the center speaker, the two front speakers, the two fron subs, and the rear speakers, never heard a better mix, of 5.1 in a music cd, I thought the MetallicA Black Album, DVD audio Kicked ass, as well as the Rage Against the MAchine DVD, thing with all there videos was awsome, and did a good job using the 5.1 channels, but, I must say, this new Korn DVD, putts the MetallicA and Rage mixes to shame..Id say I liked the way ADIDAS started out, with the riffs starting in the back speaker, then jumping to the front..I liked the use of 5.1 in Freak on a Leash..The middle part, with the Jon, weird vocal part, is awsome, it starts off in the left rear speaker, then jumps to the front right speaker, then jumps back to the back right speaker, then jumps to the front left speaker...all this sounded awsome!!! the begining off Falling Away, with the opening BAss, was mixed well..the bass only came from the subs, not all the speakers...and the guitar came from the back speakers,..so without going into every song, 5.1 MIX means 5 differnt tracks..you have one speaker for drums, usually the front or back, the bass, mostly comes from the subs, and the lead vocals come from the center front speaker, with the back ups in the rear..So in my opiniont he 5.1 MIX is my favorite part...
Movie Review: Lost... Summary: 5 Stars
No, I'm kidding. I'm not lost. I was for awhile though....Okay, by religeon I will always give Korn five stars, and I would have anyway. It's a great DVD with tons of footage and all their videos excluding their latest two albums (Untouchables, Take a look in the Mirror). It's a bit confusing. The DVD menu's are set in a sort of mortuary called The Asylum. Blood soaked floors, bodies, and odd objects surround this scene. It has many rooms and little things you can pick on. For instance, a bicycle is the "Who, Then, Now" vhs thing, a TV comes forward to show a remix video, and a similar TV shows all their videos. None of the items have anything in common with what is shown and there is no lables. I do not suggest this to kind-of KoRn fans...as one person said, I think only semi-hardcore fans should get it. Definitely have a controller when you watch it or it gets annoying getting up and down. Most of the scenes are only about two minutes long describing certain things about the band or certain times they had, etc. It's kind of creepy and very confusing, but just keep watching it and your able to navigate normally after a few times through. Definitely something worth getting, tons of footage (live stuffs, videos, more stuffs, more stuffs, alot more stuffs). Navigating through this thing becomes addicting and takes up half the time...very fun stuff.. yeps.

Movie Review: A Complete Kornography Summary: 5 Stars
Everything I expected and moreI love the rare live footage especially clips of the Apollo concert. I absolutely love Issues and just to hear some of the songs off that was great. It also has every video they released only short of the ones off of Untouchables (Untouchables DVD edition). Who Then Now 2 picks up where the first one left off. I thought Follow The Leader recordings was hilarious and it proves why some of the songs just missed. Jonathan shows about every perspective of his personality possible. From his loniliness to his strange fetish to bite people. His alcoholism is showcased strongly on Follow The Leader during some of his recordings. Munky is by far the funniest member of the group. My favorite part is probably when he's talking about David's injury ... Fieldy showcases He hasn't gone sober either smoking or drinking. Head is just crazy and hilarious as well. Him singing Eye of the Tiger alone is worth the purchase. He does 3 solos in the DVD proving doubters of his lack of talent in my eyes. David is most definetly the most normal member of the group. Love or hate them this DVD is still worth the purchase either being a fan or just wanting a good laugh.
Movie Review: long over-waited, but difinately worht it! Summary: 5 Stars
To any REAL KoRn fan, this is a must have! The packed DVD not only features videos, live footage, interviews, outakes, bios and profiles, but also includes the entire 'Who Then Now' VHS on the disk. This DVD is INCREDIABLE value for money with 'behind the scenes' and 'making of' of many of the videos, including A.D.I.D.A.S, Got the Life, Freak on a Leash, Falling away from me, Somebody Someone and (my favourite) Make me Bad. The DVD also contains early history footage of the band when they were just starting out (including Fieldy's rather 'SLICK' hair style) along with other interesting stuff like the Issues cover competiton, when David's arm packed-up in the middle of a show, secret interactive menus and studio/recording footage. The only down side to this DVD is that it contains nothing from the 'Untoachables' album, but in my opinion, the DVD is so jam packed that it doesn't really matter. This DVD has everything to make you laugh (especially at the drunken recording practices) and cry (When Jonathan is pouring is heart into every song) but there is no way that no-one would not enjoy this. IF YOUR A KoRn FAN...BUY THIS NOW!!
