Movie Review: Absolutely spectacular action film !
Summary: 5 Stars
I urge anyone who like Asian Cinema and/or Jean Claude Van Damme to watch this movie. Brilliant fast paced camera work topped with an epic quality makes this film a visual treat for fans of fast paced action films (especially those of Asian Cinema). This movie is so well balanced with the action, story and quirky moments and thrills that you'll be wanting more.
Also I must mention that this movie is directed by Tsui Hark, so just buy this if you like his work (I do).
This is one of those films that just leaves you feeling really good once it ends.

This movie is pure money. You have Jean-Claude Van Damme (genius), Rob Schneider (crazy fool), Paul Sorvino (Lips Manlis) and green fire! Knock off artists are in a struggle to make V-6 jeans and counterfeit toys. YES! Green fire, I've never seen before, pure amazing! Van Damme fights a black woman, guys on a boat and Paul Sorvino. I don't know how many times Sorvino came back to life after exploding in a Buddha temple, on a boat and in an office building. Long-lasting! Van Damme is ultra cool and forever will be.Movie Review: Green Equals Money!

Green infernos wage when you mess with knock off artists. Van Damme plays the 'Most Legitimate Businessman' in this comical farce. His partner is played by Rob Schneider and they sell cheap jeans. After another businessman is killed, Van Damme must find out what the problem is. Of course he solves everything by kicking people left and right and proclaiming, 'we're not criminals, we're innocent!' Van Damme delivers another side-splitting performance that was overlooked by many mortals. But, not this one. Me!Movie Review: Very Funny!!!

I've read the reviews and wanted to watch Knock Off out of curiosity, to see how bad this production is. But it wasn't bad at all. The special effects wasn't great, but the movie had a good plot. It was hilarious especially when the fake jeans came apart as the two leads were pulling it. JCVD was really funny. I enjoyed this one better than Double Team. In Knock Off, he was more energetic, vibrant, full of life. I like Marcus Ray (JCVD's character). I think this movie is a visual feast.Movie Review: destined to become a cult classic

I just watched this foolish film on TV with the sound turned off and it's gorgeous! The beautiful colors and so-called "chaotic" camera work deserve better reviews. Who cares about the plot? I usually hate this kind of movie, but it's visually stunning, and deserves five stars for that alone. I just ordered a copy so I can watch it again. I wonder if I'll ever bother to turn the sound on?
