Movie Review: Best Kipper!
Summary: 5 Stars
This is my favorite of all the Kippers I have seen -- we have at least 5 of them. I have the DVD and the quality is excellent. The stories all center around fun in the snow, sledding, building igloos, helping birds who need water, etc. The characters are gentle, considerate and model (generally) good behavior. Happy, peaceful, calm animation. My toddler loves Kipper!

Kipper is ready for a white Christmas! On Christmas Eve, the tree is decorated, and gifts are wrapped.and Arnold receives a fun gift from Kipper! As their world turns into a winter wonderland, Kipper and Tiger turn themselves into a giant snowball and build - what else? - a snow dog! From sledding down Big Hill to slip-sliding across a frozen pond to building an igloo, Kipper loves playing with his friends all winter long! So join Kipper for some really cool fun and...let it snow!Snow and the winter holidays mean fun to children everywhere--and that includes Kipper and his friends Tiger, Pig, and Arnold. In "Christmas Eve," Kipper touts the feeling of anticipation on Christmas Eve as equally as wonderful as the joy of Christmas Day itself. Kipper also finds that the best parts of the holidays are warm feelings of giving and thankfulness. Kipper and Tiger get creative when they attempt to construct and maintain an igloo in "The Igloo" and enjoy a day of togetherness and taking turns in "Tiger's Sled." "The Big Freeze" shows Kipper at his compassionate best and "Snowy Day" charges along with laughter, animal-stuffed snowballs, and an impressive snow dog. Based on the Kipper books by Mick Inkpen, this 40-minute quintet of wintertime episodes is a celebration of friendship, compassion, generosity, thankfulness, and good old-fashioned winter fun.
