Movie Review: Its JUST a movie yall
Summary: 4 Stars
Im about to set it str8. After seeing this ish right here, Cam is a genious. None of this footage was meant to be serious, at all. Just a low-budgeted flick with intentional wack/funny sense of humor. Nothing serious. I dont see the reason in acting like its 'destroying' youth and that bs. Its just a movie. If youre a REAL Camron fan, youd know this movie was STRICTLY made for entertainment like most of Camrons albums. The highlight of this was the intro of him pissing on one of his partners for not paying up the money he owed him and said 'No homo, no homo' throughout that whole scene. Its an awkward-hilarious comedy, and he was able to pull it off very well with intent.
Note: If you are a viewer that takes movies way too seriously, then step away from this.

Cam'ron is a writer. This is the first movie that hes directed. Most people expected this to be on the level of Paid In Full or even State Property.. but it wasn't. Why spent over a $100,000 to make a movie anyway? With the DV cameras that are out now, you can make a decent movie with under $25,000. This is a perfect example. Most people who dislike "Killa Season" don't know what it takes, how long and how much goes into a Holywood movie anyway.
I liked it. The movie was nothing but serious comedy. It was fun. This movie is not to be taken seriously. Its just entertainment. Don't get caught up in the production.

Killa Season is fire. I respect Cam and Dipset because they haven't compromised the quality of there music. It's still hard as day one!
The movie Killa Season is indeed very violent, but entertaining. Dipset set raps about guns and drugs, so you should expect to see this in there movie. The movie is not popcorn or watered down in the least.
For a low budjet release it is solid, and they keep doin it with the clothes, mixtapes and now movies!
I have to respect Dip Set because they always keep it thorough! Cop this movie, you'll love it

I really enjoyed this movie for a relatively low budget film it was well dont. I thought Cam'ron did a solid job of acting just like he did in Paid In Full a few years back. The story was really predictable and the ending kinda sucked but supposedly there is a part 2 coming soon so we'll see what happens. I recommend this movie to all those who are fans of the in the hood type gangsta movies.
