Movie Review: excellent beginner hip hop video for the young an young at heart

At first I was not sure if I liked this video but after watching all of it,it is perfect for the beginner and to learn different moves. He shows a mirror image and another image where you think you are behind him. He is very through. I bought this for my middle school Korean students to get a taste of one of the most popular dances in America today and also to let them know there is more than one way to learn English.

If you want to learn Hip Hop, Kelly Peters will Make It Happen for you! Kelly's "One Step at a Time" teaching method introduces new production techniques that make it easy to learn even the hardest moves. It's simple to follow because he reverses the picture, so it's just like looking at a dance studio mirror. As a result, when Kelly says "Go right", he moves to your right! He also takes time to break the movements down, very slow, so you don't have to keep rewinding and he uses lots of close ups, slow motion, and split screen so you really get the details of the moves. Kelly teaches the building blocks of true Hip Hop which you can use to make your own combinations. He also explains the elements and history of Hip Hop culture. Kelly is joined by his crew of real kids who help demonstrate dances like The Freak, The Prep and the Bus Stop.
