Movie Review: BEST WORKOUT TAPE EVER!!

I rarely write reviews about a product but this workout tape is absolutely worth writing about. Anyone who is looking for a fat burning tape that WORKS & that ALSO TONES YOUR BODY, this it the one!!!! If you are a beginner though, it may take you several times to learn the moves and make it through the entire tape. I have been using this tape since it came out. I have tried many other tapes since then but always go back to this one because I FEEL & SEE RESULTS in no time!! It never gets too easy because I make my moves more intensifying if it does. I have always worked out all my life but have back problems that sometimes prevent me from working out. I have a bad right knee so that puts a damper on using some other workout tapes with squatting involved. I have probably 30+ workout tapes. I only use like 5 or 6 of them and this is at the top of my list. Whenever I need to lose some inches and tone up I do this tape faithfully after work at least 3-4 times a week. On a couple of the other days I do my treadmill 3 miles & maybe Gunnar Peterson's Core Secrets or the Firms Ab tape. I take a rest at least 1 day a week. This is my reward for working out so faithfully and hard. I hate having flab in my mid section. I like wearing slim fitting clothes but won't wear these things if I have this fat or rolls hanging around. I hope you will give this tape a try. I would suggest doing another tape for your ab work though because there is no ab excercises in this video. My suggestion is the FIRM's AB Tape...It works wonders too if you stick to it.
