Movie Review: A Terrific Classic Step Workout

I have used this workout for over 15 years, and just recently replaced my old VHS tape for the DVD version. This is a very good step workout, well cued, and great fir ubterneduate abd advanced steppers. The music is fun, even though somewhat dated. Kathy's 1980's high-cut leotard and tights remind me that this video has been out for a very long time, but the workout itself is so much fun that I don't mind this at all.Movie Review: VERY HAPPY

I KNOW THIS VIDEO IS ALMOST 10YRS OLD - BUT I STARTED WORKING OUT AND I FOLLOWED THE BEGINNERS SESSION AND I WAS SWEATING ALOT..IM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WHOLE DVD. HAS BEGINNER, INTERMIDIATE AND ADVANCED WITH UPPER AND LOWER CONDITIONING AND WEIGHTS AND THEN THE COOL DOWN..COOL THING ABOUT DVD IS YOU CAN GO DIRECTLY WHERE YOU WANT - NO MORE SLOW FORWARD LIKE VHS..IM VERY HAPPY!Movie Review: Same Great Workout

I have used this workout for 14 years. I was thrilled to be able to get it in DVD format, as I had been using a VHS tape all this time.
This is a great workout for an intermediate stepper. I orginally purchased this workout in 1994 to help get rid of my pregnancy weight, and it did the trick!
I would highly recommend this workout.

This video was in expensive and it's working really well. I'm already noticing a difference in my waistline. Kathy makes stepping fun, and she has constructed the work out in a way where you don't even realize that she's completely kicking your butt. And I feel so GOOD after I get done working out every day. I can't wait to come home and work out every day!Movie Review: better than expected

I love this DVD. It has sections I wasn't even expecting. I can mix it up, so I don't get bored.
It covers warm up, 3 different levels of aerobic exercises, upper body, lower body, abs, cool down. I just got 2 sets of weights to use with the upper body workout. Great alternative for the winter months when I don't want to go outside.
