Movie Review: Great beginner type workout if you are just getting back into it!!

OK, I'll say it right upfront; yes this is an 80's DVD and you'll know it as soon as you turn it on. But while the hair has changed, and the outfits have changed...some things never go out of style, like: a pleasant voiced instructor helps to make the workout more enjoyable, helpful guideance really is needed for things like learning what not to do when you exercise, how to monitor & maintain one's target heart rate, and just a fun aerobic workout as well as solid, timeless and focused floor exercises. Quite honestly, once I got the moves down and the workout down, I started to turn off the sound and use my IPOD for the workout music I now prefer. I am so glad I bought this DVD based on a recommendation from a friend, because I needed a starting place to get back into exercise and this served the purpose PERFECTLY! Although I workout to other names now too (Jillian Michaels...who else!), I find this DVD to be a timeless treasure that I still love to use for a fast fast burning workout. Like I said, some things never go out of style!
