Movie Reviews of Just MarriedMovie Review: Just Loved It Summary: 5 Stars
Ashton Kutcher & Brittany Murphy form possibly the cutest couple I've seen in a while in this story of a young, newlywed pair. The story is basic: a somewhat odd pair marries and finds their share of comical trouble. And the movie is hilarious - but the cool thing about it is that the end of the movie is surprisingly emotional and romantic. When Tom (Kutcher) makes his speech to Sarah (Murphy) at the end of the film, via intercom at her front gate - you can't help but feel moved by it. There is a solid sincerity in his words, which I believe stems from the fact that the two actors where "an item" during filming. The movie starts you off a bit confused - then gets you laughing - then takes a surprisingly romantic turn. It's an hour and a half well spent.
Movie Review: Fun, feel good, enjoyable film with laughs Summary: 5 Stars
Sure, this is not a masterpiece, or ground breaking material, or a film that inspires deep thought. So what, it's fun to watch. And for a romantic comedy, it delivers: It's cute, touching, enjoyable, often funny, and portrays just how good and bad young love can be. I was impressed with the 2 leading stars performances. Murphy is convincing and adorable. Kutcher is a lot funnier than I would have expected, usually a comedian has to be less attractive or have a more goofy look to him to be funny (ie, adam sandler, billy crystal, jack black, ben stiller, etc), but Kutcher has a funny style. This film won't make a top 10 list of greatest films, but it's one that I can enjoy watching now and then, because it reminds me of how good life and love can be.
Movie Review: Soooo Cool Summary: 5 Stars
I've seen this movie for about a dozen times and I enjoyed it every time. It's just a pefect romantic comedy. I mean so many hilarious jokes. And Ashton Kutcher must be the funniest actor around these days. I mean he's just perfect for this role. And there is also beautiful Brittany Murphy. She's one of the prettiest actresses and she is also very funny. And besides that the chemistry between these two is jus perfect. The story is about a newlyweds who go on their honeymoon to Europe. We can say a honeymoon from hell. They brake up there, but then end up together in the end (of course they do, it's a romantic comeday). I mean jusr a great movie.
Movie Review: Absolutely LOVED it! Summary: 5 Stars
This movie was hilarious! I saw the previews, they were funny enough, but I was kind of worried that it might be one of those movies where the best scenes are shown in the trailer and there wasn't much else in the movie. NOT SO! It was great! I laughed so much! These two together are a great team. They really did well with the comedy, and I can imagine young couples being like this together under pressure and when things aren't going right. I don't want too give to much away and ruin it if you haven't already seen it. But I can't wait to buy it, and highly recommend you see it as soon as possible, especially if you need a laugh in your life!
Movie Review: Funny cute movie! Great for couples! Summary: 5 Stars
My hubby and I actually saw this a few months after we got married. Of course we couldn't relate to honeymooning in Europe but it was great just the same. :)
Ashton Kutcher and Brittany Murphy are ADORABLE together, and Ashton Kutcher is hilarous as usual! Sometimes his character reminds you of Kelso on That 70s Show!
I was very glad that eventually in the movie they showed that the hardships of marriage consisted more of a screwed up honeymoon.
This movie just plain fun to watch again and again and I really recommend buying it...the bonus material is alright I guess. Deleted scenes, interviews...that sort of thing.
