Best video/DVD on weight loss that I ever watched. Jonny is straight to the point, no BS. He knows his stuff, very informative although don't try to watch it all at once it lasts about 3hrs.
Anyone who wants to change their shape, their behaviour even their life for that matter then purchase this dvd. Superb.
