Movie Review: Wonderful Movie
Summary: 5 Stars
This is Clint Eastwood's one of the best Western's. Even though it may not be as good as 'Outlaw Josey Wales', it is still pretty awesome.
Clint Eastwood is Joe Kidd in the movie. A gunslinger in one of the towns who has been locked up. Joe Kidd is a man who does what he wants to do and sometimes gets in trouble with the Law. A Land Tycoon pays off his fine because Joe Kidd is the best gunslinger out there.
Land Tycoon and his minions are trying to run out some poor mexicans from their rightful land. Joe Kidd first supports the Tycoon but when he realizes the situation, he decides to help out rebel mexicans to save their land.
This has many good shooting scenes. Even though the story wasn't great, the shooting scenes make up for it. You will especially love the last part where Eastwood rams into his enemy gunslingers' building with a locomative and starts shooting!
Anyhow, many claim that it is just an ordinary movie. Ignore them and buy the movie.
Movie Review: Clint t'ain't 'kidd'ing around!

clint.May hero does a great jo as them man called joe kidd.He erm coeboy of the old west .T'werth the olden days.I lurve how clint shoots up all them bad men but the lack of babies in them movies was disapointin.
I think it woulda been better if Clint had saved a baby instead of them damsels in distress from them bars.YThe babys are cuter and t'werent need much money to be payes.Just a buck a day and if one leaves or gets sicks.You can get a new one, cause all them babies look the same.
Clints looks aot like me in them movies and i think i lurk might fine fer a man.

This is one of my favorite Eastwood movies and what Clint said is the perfect western. In typical stoic fashion Eastwood outsmarts, outshoots and out-cools the badguys at every turn. I put this one somewhere just below The Good the bad and the ugly, but higher than Eastwoods recent work like Unforgiven where he seems to have lost his moral compass and confidence.Movie Review: The Screenplay to "Joe Kidd"is similar to Leonard's Novel " The Moonshine War"

I don't understand why this got mediocre to bad reviews,I've seen this movie many times & think it's as good or better than any of his early work.As a bonus you get Robert Duval & Don Stroud(who you know is going to get killed before the end of the movie).Highly recommended to any Clint fan !
