Movie Review: The Best Concert DVD of 2007!!!!

This is a most marvelous DVD.....I was in in complete awe during the entire show,which is intertwined with historical footage from the Killer's
career.His piano playing is literally note for note perfect.The sound quality of this DVD is incredible,what a fanastic job the backing band does....they are all masterful musicians.
My only regret in buying this DVD was that I didn't buy it the day it came out.....do yourself a huge favor.....get this now...you'll have no regrets!

This is a wonderful video documentation of one of the rarest talents in the music world. It's great fun to watch all of the guests jam with Jerry Lee, but John Fogerty is phenomenal in this presentation. The CD is great, too - but watching it is even better! Jerry Lee is just an amazing guy - no doubt about it. The camera keeps catching his hands - unbelievable! They're all over the keyboard. This is a must-have for Willy Nelson, Kris Kristoferson, and John Fogerty fans, too.Movie Review: All Killer, No Filler!

If you've heard the CD, you have an idea what this is like. But to actually SEE Jerry Lee (who, another esteemed reviewer, deemed>next to Keith Richards he's been #2 on the Next Rock Star To Die List since the the 1970s)....well, like Kristoferson says right before his tune, "The tough times just make you tougher." Jerry Lee & Keef will be around when J Lo, U2, Garth Brooks, Motley Crue, Vanilla Ice, ad nauseum, have gone back to bussing tables at their local KFC or something.Movie Review: Supereb

What's not to like? This was by far the best concert video I have ever purchased. Vintage Jerry Lee. He still has "it." Could have watched 90 minutes more. (Here's hoping for an encore performance!)Viewed this on an airplane, and it attracted considerable attention from people sitting nearby and even the flight attendants. I can't say much more than Mr. Carr did except that I hope there will be more concerts like this forthcoming from Jerry Lee. I agree that he got stronger as the concert went on and he ruled the stage. I, too, was a little surprised at his looks but if you read the liner on the CD, you will understand why. He is the King now and has not lost a lick on the piano. The very ending capped it off but don't want to let it out - buy it and watch.
