I was excited about this video after reading all the positive reviews on Amazon, but the truth is that at least 50% of this video is useless if you don't have Saffell's specialized pads (and someone to hold them). Those portions of the workout that don't require the pads are hardly challenging. The moves are basic and uninspired - I didn't even break a sweat.
