Movie Review: Not for beginners
Summary: 2 Stars
This dvd is about 50 total mins, with the breakdown of: introduction- 4 mins, core work- 19 mins, leg work-9 mins, full body work- 12 mins, cooldown-6 mins. Poor production quality, irritating instructor, and I wasn't loving the flow of exercises. I felt like there was an annoying amount of deep breathing exercises in the beginning and then most of the other exercises required either a lot of flexibility, or were just hard. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone looking to get their feet wet with pilates.
