Movie Review: WORKED GREAT!!!
Summary: 5 Stars
This video worked for my 2 1/2 yr. old son. Within the first 20 minutes of him watching the video he ran to the toilet, pulled down his diapers and tried to go by himself. He was potty trained in under a month. It was awesome. I'm very surprised to hear some of the negative feedback on here. I think people have to remember that this video is supposed to appeal to a 2-3 year old mind. Are the songs corny? Very, but again, it's meant for a toddler's mind. Why on earth would a video like this be appealing to an adult? It's not trying to potty train you, it's trying to potty train your toddler. Hellooo! lol. Worked wonders for us. This video is amazing - like Potty Training Voodoo for toddlers. My kids' daycare person recommended it and had been using it for 10 years. I've known three stubborn 3 year olds who would NOT use the potty but voluntarily did after seeing this video a few times. As others have mentioned, it integrates using the potty into typical kid situations (such as the birthday party). So it is not soley focused on potty training. But I think that is why it works. Your little toddler sees the bigger kids (e.g. 4 ish) having fun at the birthday party then taking a potty break and wants to emulate them. Also the goofy songs really appeal to the 2 and 3 year old set. Highly recommendedMovie Review: You can't argue with results!

All the comments about this being corny, dated and over-the-top are true . . . but like one reviewer said, this isn't for the parents' benefit; it's geared toward children. Perhaps an overly sophisticated preschooler will find it unengaging; but I have a 3-year old boy who has been unmotivated to train beyond going at bedtime, and within a week after he started watching this, he came and told me he was ready to "go poop on the toilet" (the first time he ever initiated it!) So, if you're finding the cheese-factor a bit overwhelming, choke it back and laugh at how silly we all used to look in acid-washed jeans, because this show gets the job done!Movie Review: It's so easy!

We can not sing this show's praises enough! We have a 3 year old daughter, that was 2 at the time she watched it. We just turned it on and sang the goofy songs with her, not really pushing her to use the potty. She watched and sang for about 2 weeks and by the time I had my baby instead of her regressing she began to use the potty- 2 days after delivery! The songs are goofy and my 10 year old ended up singing them at school too. But this video is fantastic for 2 years on up. I highly recommend it. We have purchased it for our neice. My daughter is 2.5 and showed very little interest in potty training. Once I showed her the video she not only loved it and wanted to watch it over and over, but began to mimic what the kids were doing in the video. We have had the video for a little over a week and she is now going potty! ... Oh, this video has a SPANISH track too. Very helpful for those of us trying to raise bilingual children.
The songs are silly, but my daughter likes them, and the video is short which works great with a toddler's short attention span.
