Movie Review: Cheese-y but it works!

This video is very dated and the songs are super cheese-y. I know some of the people reviewing this video talked about how they didn't feel like this would help a child and it has a birthday theme and I would have agreed with them after watching it one time, BUT it does work if you let your child watch it. It is geared toward CHILDREN, NOT ADULTS, and they love the silly songs and the birthday party, clown, etc. I didn't think this would help my son at all after watching it but I'm not a doctor or child psychologist so they know better than I do.
Every child is different but this totally changed my son's attitude about going to the potty. He had the peeing down pat, but there was some reason why he would not poop in the potty. He was a few months past 3 and we were tired of cleaning up poopy underwear all the time. We tried everything. This was recommended to us by a friend who is a family counselor and she said it has worked for every family she has suggested it to.
After the first time my son watched this, he asked to go poopy in the potty. He has totally transformed and he now goes exclusively in the potty!
I think it showed him that other kids do this and he should be doing it too and that it is part of becoming a big boy!
I recommend you try this, what would it hurt? I will say it is very silly and the songs get on your nerves but it is worth it not to have to clean up poop all the time!!
