Movie Review: Leaden musical with great dancing

I would not recommend this musical to anyone unless they just have to complete their collection of Gene Kelly movies.
The story is a typical formula for this type of movie and time. Dreadful dialogue; worse plot. I couldn't wait till it ended.
The dancing however is great and a cut version with just that would be worth the entire movie.
