Movie Review: It's about time, a great movie!

I've been searching & buying movies for a couple years now trying to find something that I'm not embarrased to watch or not grossed out by blood & guts or just something GOOD. Well FINALLY here's one to watch. We just wish there were more of them, it's like finding a needle in the huge haystack. 99% of what's out there is JUNK, but this one's the winner. Don't hesitate, get it, it's definitely worth every penny & more. Please let there be more like this out there somewhere!Movie Review: A MUST FOR EAGLE FANS & FOOTBALL FANS....

I'm a native Baltimorean but you can feel the spirit of Philadelphia in this movie.The acting is great and it flows really nice with the 70's music.
To top it all off the Bonus features has the real Vince Papali and Dick Vermeil talking about the actual events...there's also archival footage that even shows the open tryouts in 1975-awesome & hilarious footage!
If you are an EAGLE fan this is MUST OWN MATERIAL.This movie tops Rudy!

Just got done watching this movie and I've come to Amazon to purchase it- I rarely see movies that I HAVE to buy: I only own the ones I'll want to watch again and again.
I don't know a thing about football. You don't need to to understand this movie- it's a story about a man and a surprising achievement, being chosen to join a pro football team. It isn't a story about football, but about him- and it is very well done.

I'm so glad to see that movies of this nature, inspirational, encouraging, moral, with good solid character are still being made! A true story that builds hope in anyone who is discouraged and has lost hope! PLEASE keep making this kind of movie! Mark was awesome, really made you beleive...sometimes hard for an actor to do especially when it's a true story about a real person!
