Movie Review: Best buy you could possibly get, for the best show I've ever seen in my life! 5/5 stars all the way!
Summary: 5 Stars
I'm a 14 year old girl who fell absolutely in L-O-V-E when I saw this show. At first, I was a bit nervous, seeing as "Ahh! Real Monsters" scared the daylights out of me. I didn't know if this show would have been the same, but in all actuality, I was completely wrong!
Invader Zim is about a very short Irken Invader named Zim. He's completely oblivious to his destructive ways. He believes that his skills in world domination are better than any Invader before, a bit self centered. In the Irken Empire, rank is based off of height, and their rulers are called the "Almighty Tallest". Zim is sent to Earth after he insisted to be included in Operation Impending Doom 2, so the Almighty Tallest give in.
While most Invaders are given SIR's, a small robot that helps the aliens reach their goal of dominating their assinged planet, the Almighty Tallest enjoy seeing Zim struggle, so they make a robot that seems identical to the rest, but fill it's head with garbage. To their surprise, the robot works, and calls himself Gir. He's a hilarious little guy, and he's the reason I love the show. Every time he's on the screen, my full attention is on him. He usually manages to screw up Zim's plots. He loves random little toys or food, and must have ADD or something, even though he's a robot. But he's undeniably cute, and I just can't get enough of him! This is the first of Jhonen Vasquez's creations I've seen, but I've fallen in love and can't seem to get out!
The package is a deal that is just amazing!!! The deal comes with all 3 seasons, and 2 discs per season, giving you 6 discs for less than buying each season seperately! Some reviews I read before I actually bought this said that the cases were flimsy, but I have to disagree. My brother dropped my DVDs on stone kitchen flooring. I was infuriated, you could probably have seen anime steam rising from my ears, but the DVDs were unscathed! I was amazed, but I'm never letting my brother touch them again.
I thought maybe the second disc in each case was extras, but don't be fooled like I was! All the DVD's are episodes of the show. But the surprise wasn't nesiccarily a bad one for me, seeing as I had twice the amount of Invader Zim to watch.
The only let down on this (And I don't know if my DVD player remote is broken, or if this is just the DVD) is that you can't seem to rewind. I've tried a million times (That being an exaggeration) to rewind to see something again, but I always end up sighing in defeat. Every thing else works like clockwork. But don't let this minor setback change your mind! You can always watch the episode again later!
I love this show, and the deal is unreal! Anyone who is a fan of this show should DEFINITELY buy this set!!
Movie Review: Animated Perfection

This is one of the best collections you can ever buy for its price.
Invader Zim is a comedy/action series at its best. You don't need to watch the episodes in any particular order (but it does help). The animation is near top notch and the voice acting is perfect. It will keep you coming back to watch it over and over again for the "over-the-top" episodes and for some good laughs.
The only thing this series is lacking (not necessarily a bad thing) is a storyline that continues through all of the episodes and MORE episodes. But this series did not need a storyline. It made up for that with laughs and action.
I highly recommend any anime lover or anyone who likes to watch cartoons, to give this one a try. It's dirt cheap and the value goes way above your dollar.

Movie Review: Need more!!
Summary: 5 Stars
This DVD collection is fabulous. The cartoon starts off hilarious and grows on you. Though produced to DVD by an obscure company (Anime Works), the discs have provided flawless playback and are well chapterized. The packaging is great (3 plastic DVD cases, 2 discs per case, in a cardboard slider case).
The only fault I've noticed so far is that during some of the chapters, the disc makes my player (which is cheap, mind you) show a little icon in the upper right corner that looks like a camcorder inside a gray square. The only other time I've noticed this is while playing an instructional video by a drummer that he produced to DVD himself. I doubt it will happen on most players, and I have no idea what it's supposed to mean since I already lost the manual, but it doesn't hinder playback at all.
Overall a great product!

This is one of the greatest shows that Nickledeon ever aired.
The trials of an alien that refuses to learn about Earth culture trying to adapt to Earth. With Vasquez's unique art stylings, this is an action packed show.

This is the best Deal. Buy From Amazon Don't waste your time collecting the sets one by one it's not worth it when you can by the whole thing for 15 bucks. I'm a big fan of Invader Zim. I was sorry to see it leave Nickelodeon. I wish they would make collections like this of Rocko's Modern life, AAAAHHHH Real Monsters. This is a must have for any Invader Zim Fan
