Movie Reviews of Inuyasha - Season 1Movie Review: Give Me More Summary: 5 Stars
The Inu Yasha Box set season 1 was GREAT. I loved it, and I deffinetly believe that it was worth every penny that I paid for it. I have only owned it for 3 days now but I have already seen it 3 times. The story line that they laid out for it was fantastic. They really made you feel for Inu Yasha and Kagome. They gave you insite into Inu Yashas past, and Kagomes feelings. You can deffinetly see a strong bond developing between the two of them. Their friends are hillarious, and just add so much flavor to the show. The action is great, and excitting. I would recommend this as a must have for any anime fan. I just hope that they release the second season Box Set soon. I really want to add it to my collection.
Movie Review: I'm ashamed that I like this Summary: 5 Stars
Come on! This is an animated soap opera with enough cheese to construct a second moon. But I love it. I don't know what it is...the demons and fight scenes...but I can't stop watching this show. I'm a huge fan of adult swim and this show was always on after Sea Lab or Aqua Teen and I started watching it one day and haven't stopped since. I even bought this...the first season and now have to hide my face in shame that I've succumbed to such nerdery. I was in the book store the other day and my friend punched me in the face because I had absent mindedly picked up an illistrated Inyuasha book. He was like, you freakin geek and left. I don't know why I like this show, but I really like it.
Movie Review: Crowd Pleaser Summary: 5 Stars
Though my taste in Amine tends to go away from what is aired on tv b/c they are often very bubblegummy, Inuyasha is a great exception, though its not really a must see for hard core violence junkies but there's enough action in it to keep everyone entwined. With the ongoing plot line, underlining mini adventures and character developments, Inuyasha never seems to pray to much on the predictable story lines. It truly is a crowd pleaser. I dare anyone to watch the first set of episodes and not be jonesing for the next. Finally, its no longer a problem with the entire first session, grab the popcorn and settle in for hours of entertainment. Now if they'd only get around to releasing session two.
Movie Review: Rumiko Takahashi does it again Summary: 5 Stars
First, this collection contains episodes 1-27--essentially, the first 9 DVDs you could buy separately. The price is great for the value. Second, I love Inu Yasha. Sword and sorcery, action and adventure, romance and comedy, anime and Takahashi, all in one delicious collection. I love the way history and legend are entwined in this fantasy story of a half dog-demon, a time travelling teenager, a lecherous monk, a tomboy demon hunter, a priestess back from the dead, and the twisted creature Naraku that has poisoned and played with all their lives. The plot is detailed, enjoyable, and carefully written. This is yet another classic by Takahashi, and one that you should own.
Movie Review: This anime has it all: action, drama, and girls Summary: 5 Stars
In the start you see inuyasha stealing the sacred jewel and it doesn't really make any sense in the beginning. Even though he seems like a jerk in the beginning he turns out to be a really soft guy later on towards kagome. You get to see into inuyasha's past and learn about the tragic love that was shared between kikyo and inuyasha, along with the origin of naraku. His brother Sesshomaru comes into the picture and reveals the long hated history towards inuyasha. This anime is the perfect collection to anyone who enjoys anime and has patience. Even though this box set is great I'm still waiting for the next ones to come out. So wut are you waiting for go buy this box set now!!
