Movie Reviews of Into the BlueMovie Review: Eye candy for men AND women Summary: 5 Stars
Paul Walker plays Jared, a down on his luck, head in the clouds scuba diver looking for that treasure that will get him out of his financial slump.
Jessica Alba portrays Sam, Jared's girlfriend, a treasure who, in real life, would have dumped him a long time ago.
During one of their dives with Jared's brother (portrayed by Scott Caan) and his girlfriend of the week Amanda (played by Sharon Stone wannabe Ashley Scott), they find pieces of a treasure from a sunken ship.
Exploring a little further, they also find a crashed plane with 80 kilos of cocaine in it.
For those going to this movie for the Jessica Alba factor, you won't be disappointed. The first half hour is about 10% plot and 90% every camera angle possible of Jessica's body, especially her butt, which seems to be on a diet of bikini bottoms. I was waiting for a woman in the audience to say, "Okay! We get it! She's hot!". :)
The cinematography is awesome. The plot and action build up very nicely throughout the movie. It's slightly predictable but still a good movie.
The one thing I don't agree with is the rating. In my opinion, this movie should be rated R not PG-13 because of the blood n guts violence and sexual content (without there actually being sex in the movie).
Movie Warnings: profanity, major eye candy (for men and women), partial nudity, bootilisciousness, violence, crotch kick, crotch bite, sharks' human happy meals, some ridiculous lengths of time underwater without an oxygen tank, and a high level of jealousness (by the audience during the make-out scenes).
Aside from the rating disagreement, it's worth the day and night time prices.
Enjoy!

Movie Review: into the blue Summary: 5 Stars
Even though the story line is an old one the u/w photography
is sensational,we stayed until the final line of the credits.
We are SCUBA divers and were impressed with the u/w stuff. The
actors/actresses did a crediable job and were believable in
their .roles.
Movie Review: Great movie but not as good as THE DEEP Summary: 5 Stars
Finally a good remake that is a little different. What makes a movie is the scenery, least my opinion. Scenery was beautiful. But the deep was a classic but the updated version is good for the new age crowd which makes sense
Movie Review: Jessica Alba, Pirates, Sharks, Cocaine... What more do you need? Summary: 4 Stars
Stunning tropical scenery and gorgeous athletic movie stars may not make a movie great, but they sure don't hurt. Jared (Paul Walker, The Fast and the Furious) dreams of finding sunken treasure and making millions, but his girlfriend Sam (Jessica Alba, Fantastic Four, Sin City) is content with their poor but idyllic life in the Bahamas. Still, when they find artifacts from a 19th century pirate ship, she gets caught up in the excitement--until they also find a crashed plane full of smuggled cocaine. Naturally, someone's going to want that cocaine back... From there, Into the Blue is a surprisingly well-plotted action movie, unpredictable in its specifics if familiar in its broader outlines. Even more pleasant, the action itself stays plausible and genuinely engaging throughout. Jared seems able to hold his breath for a preternaturally long time, but aside from that the movie is meticulous about the dangers and threats the characters face and is all the stronger for it. Add to this its unabashed ogling of Alba and Walker (both of whom are astonishing physical specimens) and you have a solid romp. Also featuring Scott Caan (Ocean's Eleven), Tyson Beckford (Biker Boyz), and Josh Brolin (Flirting With Disaster) as a slimy rival treasure hunter.
