Movie Review: Arkin IS Clouseau
Summary: 5 Stars
This is one of the better Inspector Clouseau movies. It is not as ridiculously silly as some of the others. Arkin gives a very credible and amicable performance as Clouseau. You can empathize with him and he has a certain charm about him. The plot of this movie is interesting and the villain's plot is quite plausible. Adding to this movie is some very impressive location photography, ingenious title credit animation and a solid and catchy score by Ken Thorne.
