If you like Cary Grant, Ingrid Bergman, LOVE fashion, color movies when "color was color", without computer capabilities to fix "all"--this is your movie. If you love fashion?--the costuming alone is worth watching this movie. Perhaps the story is cliche--fabulous woman meets fabulous man, white lies, then happy ending..but it is a classic. Cary and Ingrid became "Cary and Ingrid" in this movie... Watch it, you'll love it--and watch the clothes...Movie Review: Whimsical

I love this movie. Not one of Cary's more popular movies but very good none the less. The pairing of Cary Grant & Ingrid Bergman is wonderful & if you like `"Notorious" you'll like this one too. Very charming film that Turner Classic Movies rarely shows on TV. I loved this movie. Very 50s glamour with the divine Ingrid and the dishy Cary. She's a famous actress but lonely and he's a dashing diplomat who's married. Or is he! After reading other customer reviews of the poor quality of the DVD of this movie ( purchased from Amazon ), I removed it from my 'wish list'. I love the movie, but will purchase somewhere else ! Sure don't want poor quality DVD.
