Movie Review: Wow those are real

My favorite Adam Sandler movie would have to be The Wedding Singer. Then it would be Happy Gilmore (Bob Barker and Sandler going a few rounds on the golf course was a classic). Adam Sandlers newest flick, I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry was hillarious. As usual it had its fill of potty humor and of course lots of sexual content. This movie goes beyong Adam Sandlers usual take in movies. This time he's in the middle of gay stereotyping, bashing, and parading ( it was funny to see Kevin James and Adam Sandler in the NYC GAY Pride Parade).
The movie is about Larry Valentine (James) and Chuck Levine (Sandler) who are NYC firefighters. Valentine is a single father whos wife passed away. Levine is the womanizer who like Bill CLinton, cant get enough (Sorry for the slick Willy joke). Larry realizes that there are problems with his pension and when the both of them get hurt, Larry finds out that he needs a significant other to have full pension benefits. When Larry saves Chuck in a previously burned out warehouse, Larry cooks up a scheme to become Chucks domestic parter so he can get full pension benefits. Chuck cautiously accepts and trouble ensues. Steve Buscemi is sent to stamp Chuck and Larry's marriage as a fraud. Also the lawyer who is watching out for Chuck and Larry is the incredible and sexy Jessica Biel (7th Heaven). Can Chuck calm his hormones.....when he becomes "friends" with Alex (Biel). Will Chuck confess when Alex lets Chuck feel her chest? Will everyone press stop after the scene when Jessica Biel is in her underwear? Will Chuck and Larry's captain (Dan Ackroyd from Ghostbusters) go to jail as Alex mentioned in a similar case? All this adds up into a hillarious movie and a surprising ending.
I was skeptical at first when the movie was in the theatres but thant changed when I rented the DVD and then bought it. The DVD has deleted scenes and funny outakes which are my favorite. This is a great addition to my Adam Sandler Collection.

Adam Sandler and Kevin James star as best friends and fellow firefighters Chuck and Larry the pride of their Brooklyn fire station. Chuck owes Larry for saving his life. Larry calls in that favor big-time by asking Chuck to pose as his "domestic partner" so his kids will get his pension. But when a fact-checking bureaucrat becomes suspicious the two straight guys are forced to improvise as love-struck newlyweds.
