Movie Reviews of I Know I'm Not Alone

Movie Review: All people are created equal.
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought this DVD originally for quiet, personal songs by Michael Franti, and it reinforced my feelings about what we are doing in Iraq and other places we muck around. Everyone wants basically the same things from life, and obvious messages are driven home about what binds regular people around the world and separates us from elites who thrive on our fears & turbulence with other countries. A beautiful message in music and travels by Michael Franti et al.

Movie Review: ONE OF THE BEST FILMS/DOCUMENTARIES EVER!!!!!!!
Summary: 5 Stars

EVERY AMERICAN SHOULD SEE THIS MOVIE!!! Every one of our friends who have seen this have loved it. Finally, a look at the Human aspect of the war: the part that our government is trying its hardest to censor from us. We see that Iraqis and Palestinians are just like us, but are forced to live in conditions made worse by American troops and American funding of Israeli troops. You have to see this film.

Movie Review: No fear
Summary: 5 Stars

I know this group has been around for a long time, but we heard a song on iTunes radio, liked it so much that we checked them out on Amazon. Michael Franti and Spearhead packed up their stuff and traveled to Iraq and other war-torn areas to listen to people and share music. Wonderful! Intriguing and eye-opening.

Movie Review: Moving and excellent insights
Summary: 5 Stars

I used this DVD in my high school Middle Eastern Studies course. I found it to be an excellent insider look at the complexity of the Palestinian/Israeli conflict. It's also a hopeful perspective. The students found it to be by far one of the best visuals I use.

Movie Review: must see
Summary: 5 Stars

This is a heartfelt spiritual journy into the lives and views of people who have been plagued by war. Very informative and moving. Spread the word. "You can bomb the world into pieces but you can't bomb it into peace" Michael Franti.
