I really enjoyed both DVDs. The dances are fun and easy to learn. The "hula for weight loss" dance definitely gets my out-of-shape heart pumping. Kili does a good job of breaking down the dance. The legs to the dance are easy to learn, but the arm movement is a little more advanced.. a good mix.My only suggestion to Kili is to get her cueing down. She cues at the most random moments. Also, I'd like to get 2 dances for hula for weight loss so that you can alternate the dances.
