Movie Review: Very Funny

I loved this movie, Jack Lemmon is his usual funny character, and Virna Lisi is gorgeous to look at. Fans of either star will like this film. I won't write a plot as its been written up here by many other reviewers but I don't think anyone mentioned the fabulous townhouse Lemmon shares with Terry-Thomas, a British comedian. I love these 60s "bachelor pad" movies with the like of Lemmon, Hudson, Randall, etc and their misadventures with beautiful women. I've just discovered today (03/23/2009) that this comedy classic is now available on DVD. I first saw this movie late night in the mid-1970's. It so impressed me that when the video tape made the scene (mid-1990's) I snatched up a copy! To this day, the movie cracks me up, and that Courtroom scene near the end - Priceless (though, I think certain individuals of the female gender may slightly differ with me!). A classic which I rate: 5 stars!Movie Review: Verry funny and with an Italian twist.

I believe that this is my favorite Jack Lemmon movie. Jack plays a confirmed bachelor who has a very ordered life until he meets Verna Lisi who turns his whole world upside down. He tries to change things but in the end is very happy. It really has nothing to do with the murder of his own wife.Movie Review: one of the greatest movies of all time

This is in my opinion Jack Lemmon at his best the scenes are too funny to mention. If there is someone you know who loves the classic actors and actress then don't waste anytime and just get this for them...They will laugh their btts off allong with whoever else watches it.Movie Review: Just plain comedy

A grisly title but really one of the great comedies ever made. Everybody does a great job and there's no stupid dialogue - just funny stuff. One of Lemmon's best roles and Verni Lisi is a knockout. A great movie to lose one's self in.
