Movie Reviews of House, M.D.: Season Five

Movie Review: The only intelligent and interesting series on TV for the past 30 years
Summary: 5 Stars

Keep up the good work of this series. Inspiring, intelligent as could be concieved. The abductive "Sherlock Holmes" philosophical methodology of uncovering the truth has kept me watching all these years.

In fact, this type of entertainment is something young people (teens) should watch, not for its entertainment value, but that they would recieve an education in Platonic abductive thinking, reasoning, logic, and other important points of intellectual inquiry.

Never before have I seen such a perfect blend of education and entertainment in a TV series. Congrats to the writters and producers. Truely a gem among a plethora of Hollywood trash which is usually centered around shock and/or sex.

Movie Review: Long live 5 Stars

I just started getting into House, again, about a few months ago watching the reruns on USA and have to say that I am hooked now. I ended up buying Seasons 1-4 to get caught up of what I have missed and already have Season 5 on pre-order and looking forward to Season 6 next month. The Cuddy and House scenario has me at the edge of my seat and I hope it continues in Season 6. For awhile, I was hoping for House and Cameron or House and Thirteen but long live Cuddy and House (Huddy). LOL This show has an amazing crew especially the writers. The cast are just spectacular. I do hope Olivia Wilde and Peter Jacobson are added to the cast. I will miss Kal Penn. I hope House continues for Season 7 and 8.

Movie Review: House: Season 5
Summary: 5 Stars

Nearly the best season of House yet, season 5 does have a few of my top five episodes in it. The action/drama affects every character now present in the series as usual, but the middling episodes take this approach to a whole new level. The first disk suffers from the House/Wilson breakup as the qualities that are vacated from the show in order to procreate that situation, they heavily outweigh the effecting of feelings caused by Wilson's somewhat departure. The last four or five episodes are just like season 2 in that they saved the absolute best for last, leaving you yearning for some more of the show. I do think season 2 was the best, followed by season 4 but this latest one was close behind.

Movie Review: Love it!!!
Summary: 5 Stars

I don't do a lot of on -line buying so I was EXTREMELY surprised at how easy it is to order at Amazon. Not only did the write-up of the DVD make you want to buy it (not that I didn't want to anyway!) but then it led you right down the path to the buying (YUP)credit card end in a few easy steps. My DVD came to me much quicker than I thought it would---in a rather LARGE box (I guess so no-one could tell that it was just a DVD in there and not a TV)Who cares! I got it! It's mine! I love it!I'm watching it again and again!House, M.D.: Season Five And I will DEFINITELY do business with Amazon again.

Movie Review: One of House's Best Seasons
Summary: 5 Stars

Unfortunately, I watched this Season AFTER watching Season 6.

Many of the episodes like some of the other seasons can sort of be watched separately without too much confusion, except for the beginning and ends of the seasons.

With this one, it begins and ends with a great deal of tension, beginning with a Wilson and House, and Wilson's pain over the death of his girlfriend.

Within this Season there is many great episodes from the ballet dancer who ends up sloughing off her skin, or to the wife and husband who get better from their illnesses when the other is getting worse: this is a great and interesting season. Definitely worth the buy.
