Movie Review: One of the best movies ever - for everyone!

As a kid I grew up with Hot Lead & Cold Feet. It is one of those films that just leave you feeling good. I've watched this flick countless times, and will continue to watch it throughout my life. The lead of the film is Jim Dale, who works overtime as the entire Bloodshy brood. If you're a fan of live action Disney flicks, you will probably recognize Jim Dale from "Pete's Dragon". He brings that same oomph to this film, but more so. Jim Dale plays three roles (Eli, Wild Billy, and Jasper Bloodshy) in this movie to perfection. He is hilarious as each character. Eli, who is also known as "the tamborine whacker" by Wild Billy, provides most of the movie's heart and warmth. Billy is the type in the wild west who "shoots first, and asks later". Jasper Dale is the curmudgeon you'll love to laugh at during his tomfoolery. There is a particular scene, that I won't give away for those yet to watch, that made my little ten year old heart burst with laughter, and twenty years later, I still guffaw just as heartily every time that scene comes along. Karen Valentine is sparkling opposite Dale's Eli. Don Knotts delivers some very funny moments, and he really adds to the quality of humour.
This is one of those movies that adults will enjoy just as much as the kids. I highly recommend this movie to everybody who loves to laugh.
