Movie Review: Must have classic for IZ fans

Classic Israel in a simple environment.....If you are a fan of IZ's music then you must have this DVD which showcases the music. It's a simple concert and setting....which lends to the beauty. I was at first very disappointed because I saw the list of contents and was thinking "wow, is that it?"....but that is the key to his style...simplicity and focus on the emotions. I've played through it, and played through it, and I can't seem to get tired of having it on. It's an experience to listen to him sing and his team supports all of his elements. We had the pleasure of being in Hawaii in August'06 and this music helps keep our memories alive.Movie Review: Hawaian Rainbows

The first time I heard somewhere over the rainbow, I had to find out who he was..My husband and I went to Hawaii in September and you could here any where you went. I was in a store and it came on. So I asked if they knew who it was..and they told me.. I bought the first CD. When we got home I looked him up. Well I loved it. He had a wonderful voice..I had to buy more.. I am thankful that Amazon has his DVD's and CD's. Worth every penny...Movie Review: Hot

IZ's (May he rest in peace) popularity seems to be growing...and I now know why. He is a wonderful performer, such tremendous musical talent and a delightful personality. His deep convictions also come across in his music and his commitment to Hawaii and Hawaiian people -- but not in a way that comes across as being against the rest of the world. Its music that I find that you can never get tired of listening too.
I have bought two copies of this dvd as I showed the first one to a friend and they wanted one as well.
Such wonderful music from a gentle giant with a great voice,what a shame that he passed away.

This is an excellent DVD, created from a live television concert by Iz and two members of his band. Although it is short (50 minutes), it's worth every penny!
