The Bottom Line:
The movie can feel a bit unstructured, but it's a fantastically enjoyable depiction of Britain's home front with a corker of an ending and not a boring moment in the too-brief running length; it's not spoken of much anymore but that doesn't mean you shouldn't watch it.

This is a well written and acted film about the Blitz as seen thru the eyes of a young boy of about 11. It really puts it in a totally different light.
