Movie Review: Indispensable!

Relying on a All-Star euro-american cast, this thrilling, history based mini-series depicts the early days of Adolf Hitler, since his childhood in Austria, until the seize of power in Germany prior the outbreak of WWII. This is a interesting approach, considering the vast available material portraying the wartime period and his dictatorship's downfall. The bonus are well-written, well-directed and very elucidative docummentaries, being one of them produced by Joachim Fest, the late german historian regarded as the highest authority on the subject. An indispensable item for those eager to enjoy culture and entertainment.

SEEMS PROPAGANDA IS AGAIN AT WORK TO DEVIATE FROM THE TRUTH TO SATISFY CERTAIN GROUPS. ALSO, HITLER NEVER HIT THE DOG AS SHOWN IN THE MOVIE.

Thought this was a great production. Very accurate and true to the time period and individuals portrayed. I have neve seen anything better. There are films ad naseum of the Nazi period but very few that cover these early years.
