Movie Review: One Of The Most Enjoyable Movies...

This is one of my husband's and my favorite movies! If you are looking for entertainment value, it's great! I watch them purely for entertainment, and this movie has a lot of that. It's funny and warm,the characters were diverse and likeable,and there was enough action thrown in to make it a well-rounded piece of entertainment. There are very few movies that we'll watch more than once. We've watched this one at least a dozen times, and will watch it many more in the future.Movie Review: A Tribute to Greatness

Heartbreak Ridge is hardly about the military- it's more about greatness and integrity. Clint is assigned to lead a team of rowdy recruits. By demanding greatness from them, Clint is able to transform the group from a bunch of criminals into a well-oiled military team. In doing this, Clint shows the true nature of great leadership. There is also a fair amount of comedy throughout the film, making it enjoyable on multiple levels.Movie Review: Among Clint Eastwood's best!

In Heartbreak Ridge, Clint Eastwood brings the story of whipping a group of slacker marines into shape to life. Although Clint still packs plenty of great one-liners (which are hilarious), his character shows many other sides as well. The other characters are also very colorful, and display a great transition toward the end of the movie. A must-see for Clint fans as well as anybody else.Movie Review: A well written hilarious movie

Heartbreak ridge was something I didn't want to watch. I had no idea how funny and interesting this movie actually is. Clint Eastwood with his raspy insults is awesome. Mario Van Peebles is a wanna-be rockstar who is terrific at being funny in this movie. The acting in this movie is well done and it is easy to identify with all of the characters.
