Movie Review: Too fast, too rehearsed
Summary: 2 Stars
Definitely not for a yoga beginner. The narration is twice as fast as I can actually do the poses and the narrator isn't actually doing them. The poses have been over-rehearsed and are too fast to follow. The music covers up the narrator part of the time. I have arthritis and other pain so I can't do the poses at breakneck speed. I'm giving my copy to a charity yard sale.
