Movie Review: Rating it 3 because 5 for the movie. 1 for the NEW music score,so its in the middle

Let me tell you how STUPID the studio who did this DVD are. As you might know by the other reviews is that they changed the Score BUT I guess they forgot to change the ending song. This movie on VHS is my all time favorite movie. For one...The music score makes this a scarey movie. Although I have never seen this movie at the theater, When I got the dvd I thought, maybe they took out the disco music from the theatrical release because it was so stupid but then I came to notice that seeing this 100 times that the score is the same score as the ending credits only the ending credits had the singer in it. BUT...if you have never seen this movie on vhs, you would think this movie was funny with the music, Leaves a bad impression because you guys that love this movie should know that there will be a sequel to this very soon. Walton is concidering it. This dvd version will ruin it and make people turn their heads from the sequelMovie Review: SLICK SLASHER

This post-HALLOWEEN entry benefits from a twisty script, some innovative photography and a cast that's above average. Goody two shoes LITTLE HOUSE star Melissa Sue Anderson had her first "adult" role as the troubled teen whose mother died while taking her to a snooty party four years prior to the time of the film. Now, members of Anderson's elite group of ten are being murdered, their bodies vanishing. The script gives you lots of potential suspects and by the ending, it pulls a major twist. Tracy Bregman, Glenn Ford and Sharon Acker are sharp in their supporting roles, and as far as this type of film goes, this is one of the better ones.

whats with dvd company creating new artwork for classic films from the 80's just to sell it? die hard fans remember the old vhs versions of these gems with original cover i mean is it that hard to release a film with original artwork and sell it as it was . at least it comes with a insert of the original cover art which i find better then this crappy girl on the cover who wasn't even in the damn movie LOL...
i wonder if this one will have a remake in the future being that is the new trend in hollywood , with prom night , terror train , motel hell and others on the rise in the next coming years .

Great Thriller-- Awesome Surprise Ending-- but the one thing that is awful is how they did away with the original creepy music score that every death scene has. The begining music is that like of a night out at the disco party-- not of a death scene. The original score when the first death occurred was scary, and suspensful, now it is just laughable--i actually muted it during the scene. yo, is this some sort of prank? Someone really went through alot of work to change the soundtrack, its a shame cause the transfers excellent. but yo, the music doesnt fit. why would someone do this??? its definatly not a rights issue.. darn college kids with all their bright ideas.. i wonder if the region 2 version being sold at amazon uk has the original soundtrack>? cause its got a diffrent artwork..? let me know about a petition..
