Shaun T. is awesome, very high energy and fun....before you know it the workout is over...it's easy to follow and so much fun to do... I love the workout....looking forward to purchasing some more of his workouts...a must do....Movie Review: Effective!!

I purchased in hopes of getting rid of mid section, and I must say that it does really work, I feel it working. If you stay consistent, there will be results. Although it's extremely corny, I catch myself laughing in mid routine. It's a good work out! I would recommend work out!

Movie Review: Hip Hop Music was glaringly absent from this program

I purchased this exercise program because I wanted to exercise to hip hop music. The music on these DVDs is pop music. A hip hop artist would be shot if he came out of the gate with the music on this DVD.
Anyway, even though the music was not as upbeat as I thought it would be, I kept the program and proceeded to do the exercises. The DVD I started off with was the buns and thighs DVD. After using it for less than 2 weeks, my butt debulked (from the yoga moves) and I was very impressed.
I then proceeded to do the cardio DVDs. One thing that I noticed was that nobody was sweating in the DVDs other than Shaun T. It was clear that he must have been under a heat lamp or something. The moves we were doing wouldn't burn any calories if you lit a match to the exercisers.
I ended up selling the program online.
This workout is not realistic and there is NO WAY Shaun T got those abs from these DVDs. He likely runs and does situps.
Also, the "how to dance segment" was too fast and not properly explained. Don't expect to learn to dance either off this set.
Buy the BUNS and thigh one and skip the rest.
Edited to add: I forgot to mention that Shaun T is effeminate so if a guy acting like a female bothers you, you may want to skip this DVD set.
Movie Review: not good at all!

this was not fun...the music was not what they showed either...BEWARE OF BEACH BODY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They even told me I had to send back the free things (tape measure and some piece of paper) or they would not give me a full refund! I later ordered p90x later and had to wait 15 min. on phone to have an automated voice tell me they "can't take my call due to high call volume" and then hung up. So I had to go to "live chat" and start in line at #28 for an hour for the operator to tell me they can't find me in the computer and try back tomorrow. Good luck!
