Movie Review: waste of my money..not what I expected

I bought this dvd on ebay and I paid to much for it. I got it home and I couldn't wait to pop it in. All of the dancers were too over the top. This was not what I expected. I know hiphop. I live for hiphop and this is not hiphop. It was the same moves over and over. First off the host voice was annoying. Cheesy lines, cheesy moves, cheesy video....I didn't like it.Movie Review: Good work out

I purchased Hip Hop Abs because I was looking for a workout that would keep me motivated. Well, I found what I've been looking for! Not only is Hip Hop Abs fun but I found that it really makes me work up a sweat! What I really like is that Shaun explains how to use correct form to get the most out of the workouts. I have always loved hip hop dancing and the workout reminds me of when I used to dance at clubs. An added bonus to his workout is that my back muscles are getting a good workout as well. Even my friend has even noticed that I have lost weight and my jeans are not as tight as they used to be! I am very satisfied with Hip Hop Abs and the delivery, was excellent. The workout came days before the expected date of delivery, which I did not expect, but was happy that it did! Movie Review: HipHop Abs is fab!

I'm a 40 year old woman trying my best to stay in shape! My biggest fight has always been the 'hard to shed' belly flab...I'd always thought that there wasn't much reason to strengthen the ab muscles because it would still be covered with fat...WRONG !! I've had all kinds of workout videos and do them at least 3-4 times a week....As soon as my hip hop abs arrived I popped it in and started my newest workout....I loved it right from the start !! I've had it just over 2 weeks and I've lost an inch off of my abs and I can't believe how much better my abs look !! The results are quite addicting and I find myself wanting to workout twice a day ! I didn't experience a lot of pain after doing the workout...so for the first week I wasn't really sure I was getting any where, but then my jeans started fitting better and I'm now hooked !! I just bought the 2nd level and I can't wait for it to arrive ! I really think that most of you out there will like this DVD....I have a daycare and the kids all get involved and really enjoy it too !! It's really lots of fun and Shaun T is a riot !!
