Movie Review: Woah a gangster Anime You gotta see this

I loved this series. I loved it because this series is a great emotional story about the history of the 2 main characters as they grew up from teens on the street to men in there later years. The animation shows them growing up and getting older with subtle wrinkles in their faces and gray hair even the voices change slightly. It got you to understand each character and why they chose the paths they chose in life and in the end you see where it lead them. Each of the guys work their way up the ranks in organized crime creating a reputation as they do so. Along the story they split ways and reunite in the end. You got to see where each ones honor lies and what motivated each one. The animation was among the better of the many Animes I have scene. The sound track was perfect for this type of story. I never would have thought this was based on a video game if I never read it somewhere else. I haven't watched the Godfather series yet but I read someplace this is similar to that if it helps any. You should get it. The Digi pack slim case set is stored in a cool 3d relief box each DVD is in a slim case.
