Movie Review: Gung Ho as culture training material

I used Gung Ho in a Culture class for Korean teachers in training. It is an excellent example of a culture clash between Americans and Japanese. Though it is somewhat dated, the essential cultural traits remain true, especially in the cultural aspects of individualism vs collectivism and low-power distance vs high-power distance (i.e., the distance in status between workers and bosses).Movie Review: leadership

It's about the difference between the automotive industry of Japan and United States.
When you watch this you can understand,Why Americans are the best,is not a management technique that do a company successed ,but the leadership .
And like in the movie,companies like Ford ,always have a "Steverson" to turn around the situation.
