Movie Review: PURE SMOKEY
Summary: 5 Stars
This is a must have for your video collection even if you are not an avid Smokey Robinson fan. I have seen Smokey Robinson in concert many, many times and this video is about as close as you can get to being there. Smokey can still glide up and notes as smoothly as he did in his prime. He is the consummate professional. I especially enjoyed how he unites the old with the new. This is an older concert though because he released at least three CD's that I can think since this concert. However, this is still the best way to see Smokey's performance in your home and visualize yourself at the concert.
This was great! Smokey we anioxously await a new DVD release. "Time Flies When You're Having Fun."
