Movie Review: Hedorah;Big, But Not silly
Summary: 5 Stars
Who could dislike this movie!! Still, it was one of the only two Japenese movies that appeared in the 50 worst monster movies book. This is my favorite movie in the Godzilla series, with the big lizard fighting the blob from outer space, Hedorah. However, the campy `60`s music and the scene where Godzilla is flying(!!!!!)after Hedorah are completely ludicrous. if you are looking for an interesting Godzilla movie, your search has ended! I definetly say you should by this movie, if you haven`t already.

Movie Review: Underrated Classic Godzilla movie

Just bought the new DVD, and I must say, this movie is a lot better than I remember it. Maybe thats because with the DVD, you can watch it in its original Japanese with english subtitles (the only way you should watch a Godzilla movie) The dubbing in the 60's and 70's was so awful that they distracted from the movie. That being said, this film has always been divided. Either people love it or hate it because it was offbeat and different from other Godzilla movies. I would definately rank it in the top 5 or 6 Godzilla films.Movie Review: Yep. Five stars.

My favorite movie of the Showa series.
It's by far the weirdest of all the G-flicks. So obviously a product of it's time. It's bizarre and sometimes creepy, but that's what makes it so interesting. There is no other Godzilla movie like this one. I also believe it's the first one to use that silly fanfare score, so that's a fun bonus. The big battle at the end is also pretty long.
Keep an eye out for those hill people spying through the bushes.

Great special effects, the best giant monster action and battles of any Big G movies and great quality! This remains to this very day my favorite Godzilla movie which I was lured into buying by cool clips of the Big G duking it out with Hedorah the smog monster. Although SAVE THE EARTH kinda gets on my nerves I love this G movie(which will be shown on the big screen at this year`s Godzilla Fest) and its story of Godzilla`s ultimate final 35 minute battle with Hedorah!Movie Review: The BEST Godzilla Movie Ever!!!!!
