I am a huge fan of Gilad workouts and a living testimony that his workouts do really work. This ab video is good, but I was a little disappointed - thus the four stars, not five. The video is a bit dated (totally 80's!),and if that will bug you, don't buy this. Otherwise, the ab workout is still effective and works. However, I think some of his newer exercise products are better.Movie Review: Good overall abs workout

I bought this on VHS about 15 years ago and it finally wore out. A really good overall abs workout. I don't think you would ever get a six pack with this, but it will definitely help you keep tighter abs. Be really careful not to pull on your neck during some of the routines.
