This workout takes you through working your abs in a way that you don't feel like you're straining yourself, but in the end you can feel the burn. I have been working out with Gilad since the age of 16, I love this workout video. My 15 year old son,who is not overweight loves it too. The exercises are to point. He forcus on the abs. Once I get over my lazziness, my stomach will be flat.Movie Review: This works!
