Movie Review: where is the widescreen version???

I love this movie - the wit is funny, the sight gags are funny and the characters are endearing - very hard to do when you are creating a movie from cartoon characters. But where is the widescreen version?? The whole reason for buying a DVD is having the chance to see the movie as it was originally envisioned. This is an excellent family film. More so, for those of us who remember the original 1960s cartoon. One of the many ways that this film works is that it has humor for the kids and for the adults.
The morality lessons are also important. The value of friendship and loyalty are the most important messages in the movie.
All in all, a fun film all around.

I have a 7, 5 and 4 year old who watch this movie endlessly! If your kids are out of grade school I would not reccommend it. It is funny, simple, entertaining and a movie you can watch over and over again and not get sick of. I could only claim Toy Story as a movie like that before George of the Jungle. If you have kids between 4 and 10 they will love it! Enjoy!Movie Review: Watch Out For That!....

I hadn't seen this movie in years (since it came out on VHS to be exact), and I had a lot of fun re-living it. Now, I think I used this company before with another movie I ordered, and if so thier standards haven't changed. The DVD came new, played perfectly, and I'm extremely happy with it. Oh man this movie was so funny, I mean I have an obsession for Monkeys so I just fell in love but so did everyone else who I watched it with. You can't even tell Disney made this, It's just pure comedy through and through and if you think "I'm too grown up to watch Disney" You're missing one of the best comedy's out there!
