Movie Review: Great Workout to Get You Up and Going

I heard George Foreman recently on a local radio talk show. He talked a little bit about this "Walk It Off With George" series but wasn't pushing it in a hard sell manner. His good-natured kidding and his own story of getting way out of shape, becoming a couch potato and then working his way back to the heavy-weight title was inspiring. He's just as delightful in this easy to follow workout. You don't have to worry about getting lost in fancy steps and routines. If you, perhaps like me, are trying to get yourself back into shape, feel like you're starting from scratch - again, then I would highly recommend Walk It Off With George. His warmth and good nature is what I really like, and is what shines through in this program.
