Movie Review: Beware of Amazon's policies

My husband and I love George Carlin. I bought this dvd collection on 11/14 as a Christmas present for my husband. Amazon charged me $153.99. Just 3 weeks later it's down to $88. Any department store would give you the difference. Amazon stated there is nothing they can do. They apparently have trouble keeping track of their pricing but have no policy to protect their customers.
My only option is to return it and pay for shipping for a full refund and then buy it again.
That's ridiculous. They have just lost a very frequent customer. I'm even cancelling my Chase Amazon Visa Rewards cards. We have a personal and business account. I hope the $65 was worth it, Amazon.
