Movie Review: We're not your next door family!
Summary: 5 Stars
Ok, so some people at work have goofed on me for watching this but I don't care. I know that some of it is pretty contrived but, who cares. I love getting to see into the life of one of my rock heroes. The family is very fun and entertaining to watch. Nick is brilliantly funny! Shannon and Sophie are sweet and funny too. My favorite parts are when they are in Gene's office and you can see all the cool Kiss merch.
Oh yeah...love him or hate him, Gene is a master businessman and a great father.

Demon rocker Gene Simmons and his family hide nothing from the cameras in Season Two of this hit reality series. Whether he s showing a young friend the ropes in Vegas or planning to buy himself an island, the legendary KISS frontman still wants to rock and roll all nite. But Gene is forced to balance his hedonistic lifestyle with new domestic concerns: Shannon Tweed, the former Playmate of the Year to whom he s been happily UNmarried for 23 years, wants a new baby; their son Nick is planning to go away to college; and their little girl Sophie is growing up fast, attracting the attention of fashion photographers.From family vacations gone awry to problems with a rent-a-bachelor auction, the Simmons face one crisis after another in their uniquely raw and honest syle.
