Summary: 5 Stars
Excellent DVD quality, a close to HD as you can get with normal DVDs. Extremely sharp, bright and as close to being there as you can get. And they showed some giant turtles too. Good footage of the marine iquanas but no salt nose spitting. Lots of unique under water footage as well including 3000 ft deep submersible filming. The biologist Carole is cute. This is 4:3 ratio IAMX format not wide screen so actually looks best on older TVs assuming they are of monitor quality. Try space station too, that one is awesome. IMAX look great on large projector screen TVs, the higher the screen from floor to ceiling the better it mimics the IMAX theater experience which is sort of opposite of HD wide screen media. Don't you hate the new HD tv wide fat face default modes? What the heck is that? Distorted HD? Makes NO sense to me.
