The Freestyle: Made Easy video is excellent and easy to follow. However, to really learn the techniques covered, you really need a coach who knows the technique. the cd is great in combination with the book it is a great tool , i am actually questioning a lot of my coach traing styles, the examples and clips made it very understandable for me , I hope I will improuve my swimming, ( I am allready doing)...
