Movie Reviews of Fisher Price - Baby's Day

Movie Review: Excellent
Summary: 5 Stars

These DVDs are excellent. My daughter has loved them since she was 3 months old (she is now 19 months old.) She sings along and dances along with the videos. They are much better than the Baby Einstein videos. I was given a Baby Einstein video as a gift and when my daughter watched it she gave me a look as if to say "what is this junk?" The Baby Einstein video was filled with random shoots of weird things. The Fisher-Price baby development collection has a lot more continuity. It plays more like a story than the Baby Einstein video did. Don't waste your money on the Baby Einstein videos. Just because it has the name Einstein in it doesn't mean anything. I really don't know what all the hype is about. I only wish Fisher-Price would sell stuffed animal versions of the puppets (Ta, De and Ed.) I know my daughter would love them.

Movie Review: couldnt be better!!!!!!
Summary: 5 Stars

Thank God I can throw out my Baby Einstein tapes. Thank you
Fisher-Price!
Baby Einstein is like crack for kids, it makes them comatose! And as
for
parents... well I like to be involved in what my children watch, not
simply
plop them down in front of a TV and walk away! And if I had to listen
to
that horrible B.E. music anymore I would shoot myself! This music is
great
and real! I don't know what the other Moms are talking about, the
images
here are beautiful! It looks like it is actually shot on film not the
cheap
video look of B.E., and I love seeing children doing things instead of
toys,
toys, toys like Baby Einstein. I love these tapes, they leave me and my
children smiling!

Movie Review: GET THIS FOR YOUR BABY
Summary: 5 Stars

We receved Baby Moves as a gift from my mother. Boy, she knows how to pick out baby items. My daughter started watching it around 9 mos and at 15 mos she is still glued to the tv whenever I put it on. I actually can get a whole 40min to do whatever I need to do; read over documents, clean, cook, relax-she's fine!
Nature Baby in the series for some reason doesn't entertain her as much. She'll get up and refocus on something.
Baby's Day is very good. She'll request to watch that one.
Music Baby I think is her favorite. She giggles all the time to it.

Her favorite character is ED the frog. I wish I could find some toys or a stuffed animal of him... hmmmm..

Movie Review: My son loves it
Summary: 5 Stars

We now have all 4 Fisher Price DVDs, and my son loves them all. They are fun, have great music, activities, and my son cannot get his eyes off the screen. He loves when the puppets show up, but also enjoy watching the other babies playing or doing different activities during the day. This DVd starts with babies waking up, and following are other daily activities like play, eat, bath, and finally, bed time. I like to play this DVD to Owen as a part of his bedtime routine.
I highly recommend this video expecially if you are getting tired of the Baby Einstein series. As a plus, there are several playgroup activities for caregivers and babies as an extra feature on the DVD.

Movie Review: Kids love it
Summary: 5 Stars

Kids, ranging from babies to pre-K'ers, from our family and our neighbors love this 30-minute DVD video, featuring activities from a baby's day (waking up, playtime, time to eat, bath time, sleep) and three very cute puppets (Taa the monkey, Dee the snail, Ed the frog). Beautiful videography with lovely music plus five puppet shows really appeal to the kids, who want to watch it again and again and again.

The other three titles from this series (Nature Baby, Baby Moves, and Musical Baby) are also excellent.
